The order arrived quickly but the delivery driver refuses to leave my parcels in my safe place. I have raised this on several occasions both with Littlewoods and the couriers, but they continue to leave parcels on the front doorstep in view of all passers by.

Ordered 5 different dresses on Sunday received my complete order late afternoon Monday. Excellent service.

I had a problem with delivery. Despite it being on my instructions where to leave the parcel and a note on my front door the driver left it on my step near a main road where everyone could see it. I contacted littlewoods and got a lovely customer service operator who took my complaint seriously and promised to pass the details on to the appropriate people. She listened and took my concerns seriously and was kind enough to call me back the next day to let me know my complaint had been passed on. Customer service like this is a credit to the company. And I am grateful to have got someone who takes a pride in doing their job well. Thank you

I placed an order for over £100 to retrieve a £30 discount and put my code in , as required. having received my monthly statement, there is no sign of the £30 discount. not impressed.

Littlewoods is definitely shopping for convenience a bit over priced but they have some good deals on a wide range of products having a credit facility available is a bonus. if you order clothes delivery is quick. I haven't ordered electrical products yet. ordering jewellery takes a long time that could stand to be improved on by having quicker delivery. The app could be improved apon by having quick and easy ways to get in contact like Live chat or something. Apart from that I can't fault them

The material was cheap and the wood was all bent when it arrived. We have put it up to the best we can and it looks alright but definitely not worth the £350 I paid for it.
